Safe and appropriate working
procedures are taught to each employee and reinforced throughout the year
through refresher training.

Risk assessments are completed for
each assignment in the working environment.

Sufficient information and
instruction is followed up with qualified supervision where necessary.

Only fully qualified and accredited
JGF employees will operate machinery.

All JGF vehicles and machinery are
covered by their appropriate insurance and all are fit for purpose.

Only employees trained and certified
in the handling of hazardous substances shall be permitted to work with
them.

The reporting of potential Health
and Safety issues from the workforce is encouraged and where possible these
will be actioned.

Any accident, no matter deemed how
insignificant, will be recorded on site in the appropriate log.

As well as prevention, we encourage
pro-activity from reaction. In the event of an accident occurring, we will
instigate an investigation and preventative training, so that all
appropriate measures can be implemented to minimise the risk of a
recurrence.

Financial, material, time and
personnel resources is regularly invested into the upkeep and development of
our health and safety policy.

The company Health and Safety Policy
will be reviewed on an annual basis or more frequently if required. Should
new legislation become relevant to the operations of JGF Utilities we will,
where possible introduce those procedures at the earliest opportunity.

JGF Utilities expects all company
staff and labour force to comply with the Health and Safety Policy. We will
make sure that our employees know that not just their own safety, but the
safety of those around them that is also at risk with unconsidered actions.
